Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In most cases, we accept returns based on buyer's remorse and for other reasons but there is a 15% to 25% restocking fee and return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.  Original shipping costs are not refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the in the USA. In most cases we will need a physical address because many of our items can not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are based on the total price of the order.

There is a $20 charge for all refused packages.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Effective as of April 6, 2017: The state of Ohio prohibits sales of bumper pads to purchasers in Ohio. We are unable to ship any crib sets (which includes a bumper) to the state of Ohio due to this ban. An alternate address outside of the state of Ohio must be provided as the shipping address. All of the bedding sets we offer from Sweet Jojo Designs are only available as complete sets and are pre-packaged. We cannot remove the crib bumper from the set to fulfill orders.

Any orders with crib bumper pads including crib sets that are submitted with a Ohio, Maryland or Chicago IL shipping address will not be processed. These orders will automatically be cancelled and refunded.

Bumper pads are now prohibited in:

  • Chicago, IL
  • The state of Maryland
  • The state of Ohio

Givens & Company Shipping and Transit Times:

They process all orders Monday through Friday with a regular daily (M-F) cutoff of 1:00 PM PST to provide the best possible service for you and your customers. Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground and time in transit is 1-5 shipping days depending upon your destination. All gifts are F.O.B. our Northern California production facility. Transit map is provided on item page to give you a better idea of time required for gift to arrive.

*Please note that shipping days are business days and do not include weekends.

Orders placed by 12pm PST (3pm EST) Monday-Friday, will ship the same day unless you provide a future ship date. Orders placed after 12pm PST, Monday-Friday, weekends or holidays, will ship the following business day. Givens & Company does not ship on major holidays or weekends.

Please note: there are more specific shipping schedules and deadlines for chocolate, fresh cheese, fruit, and other select items that will be noted on the product close-up page for each product. The above shipping schedule may not apply in all cases and is subject to change.

Givens and Company do not ship internationally or to APO, FPO, and PO boxes.

Wine Shipping Restrictions:

Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship gift baskets containing wine to the following states: AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, KY, MS ND, OK, SD and UT. We cannot ship wine outside of the United States.

All gift baskets containing wine require a signature of an adult over the age of 21 for delivery. Please keep this in mind when choosing where the gift basket will be delivered and calculating the delivery date. Our shipping carriers will make three attempts to deliver the gift before they return it to our supplier.

We will not be responsible for gift baskets where an adult is not available to sign. We advise that you let the recipient know a gift is on its way.

No refund will be issued as a result of your gift basket contain wine being returned to us due to an adult over 21 not being available to sign for the delivery. However, if the gift basket is returned we will be happy to reship it to another location for only the cost of shipping and handling.

SHIPPING CHOCOLATES IN WARM WEATHER

May through Mid October all chocolates are substituted out of all Gift Basket Dropshipping gift baskets unless the order is shipping via next day air. Chocolates are substituted with hard candy items such as butterscotch, peppermints, fruit mints, petite fruit candies, licorice, sourballs and lemon drops. These candies are typically a 6 to 10 piece bag or box. Depending upon the gift and it's existing contents we may also use , chocolate brownies, chocolate mini cakes, or cookies at times.

GBDS Shipping Information:

All express orders placed before 1:00 PM CST ship the same business day. Express orders placed after 1:00 PM CST ship the next business day. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day in other words 24-48 hours. Ground orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday. (There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday)

Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery is available only by shipping next day air on Friday and requesting Saturday delivery in the shipping comments. Standard air options deliver Monday thru Friday only. Transit times do not include the day a gift ships, Holidays, Saturday or Sunday.

Orders Changes: Changes to orders are not accepted after 3:00 PM CST on the day a gift is shipping. After the gift has shipped changes must be accomplished by GBDS contacting UPS and paying the UPS Intercept fee of 19.00. By requesting a change after an order has shipped you agree to this fee. There will be a 18.00 address correction fee for all ground orders and 17.50 address correction fee for air orders to correct a bad address, incorrect zip codes, missing apt/ suite#'s and non-deliverable address information supplied. Please be sure you input accurate information on your order including all apartment and or suite numbers needed to complete the delivery. If a package is returned to us by UPS due to a bad address, non-deliverable address or recipient refusal there is a 20% restocking fee and a charge of 15.00 in addition to the address correction fee to cover return shipping costs and UPS surcharges.

Returned packages containing food are not re-shippable under any circumstances. You agree to all said surcharges and fees by placing orders with GBDS

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We make every effort to give our customers accurate descriptions and images of the products we sell.  However, colors can vary in electronic media hence your actual product might look slightly different then the picture depending upon your monitor, tablet or phone settings.

Also note: brushed microfiber, microfiber, microsuede and ultrasuede fabrics are made from man made materials such as polyester or other similar materials.
