We process all orders Monday through Friday with a regular daily (M-F) cutoff of 12:00 PM PST to provide the best possible service for you. Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground and time in transit is 1-5 shipping days depending upon your destination. All gifts are are from Northern California. Please note that shipping days are business days and do not include weekends.
Our summer shipping policy is that you make sure any items containing perishables including chocolate, fresh cheese and fruit are shipped using 2-Day Air or Overnight (unless shipping within 2-day ground transit of our location). We are unable to guarantee the freshness of any items that do not comply with our policy. This is in effect from June 1st until October 1st. See shipping transit times map in images above.
